#85 Exercise

I have come to realize that doing 200 crunches at one go to start a self workout regime is not good. and doing air chair for about 3 mins and going up and down from airchair position to standing for the duration of 7 pages of paper to be printed on a slow printer is just way way way too much, considering that ive not been doing exercise.

during the morning while i was sleeping, i could feel my leg muscles hurting, and each time i moved around my upper abdominal muscles hurt like madness...

so i decided to kill myself again by doing 20 sit ups, 200 crunches and air chair for about 3 mins and going up and down (i have no idea what that exercise is called so yea) for the duration of me brushing my teeth.

doing the 20 sit ups was hell... its not going up thats the problem.. is going back down to starting position. but decided to still do the 200 crunches that was really really painful and doing the airchair (simply lifting my butt about 1inch away from the chair itself) while surfing the net. LOL im so going to have major leg and abdominal pain tomorrow. haha

well strangely enough i ironed clothes this morning.. wanted to iron my nursing uniform but was thinking, well since im at it my as well iron the rest of the stuff. BUT i forgot to iron clothes that were on the drying rack (they're dry already) so daddy is not ironing them. LOL i can still remember the first time i ironed (about 8 yo) i burned my favorite nightie. it was silk.. haha and it BURNED... melted right onto the iron. LOL obviously i threw it away, tried to get the burnt material off from the iron, and act like it never happened. cos i wasnt supposed to be touching the iron in the first place. haha =P
